The design of comics during the pandemic helped people adapting to this new situation. These are examples of designs created on behalf of MAM volunteers to provide the needed preventative information about the virus for refugees in different countries in West Africa.

“Prevention messages are not always followed by people taking action. Some understand the wording and visual imagery while others will only understand the visual imagery. Comic strips help communicate these important messages to the general public”
