Founded in 2010 and created as a mechanism for users to upload biometric information to expedite security measures while travelling, CLEAR added Health Pass capability to their mobile application. In the absence of a federally-funded health application in the United States, CLEAR Health Pass allows US and Canadian citizens to connect COVID-19 vaccine records or test results and generates a digital pass for entry into concerts, sporting events, and flights.
