Breaking ground just after the city reopened in May 2021, this building is hoped to help revitalise the city of Wuhan, popularly known as the
epicenter of the covid-19 pandemic. The building is 300 metres tall and located at a riverfront site in Wuhan’s Haiyang district. A multi-use space, the upper part of is a combination office/hotel , and the bottom, a pedestrian-friendly retail center. Botanical terraces on the side of the skyscraper help incorporate the building into the adjacent riverfront park.
