Italian architect Angelo Renna has designed a memorial for the victims of Covid-19 by converting Milan’s San Siro stadium into a place of commemoration. Slated for demolition, Renna instead proposes the stadium is fitted with terraces planted with 35,000 cyprus tress, creating a spiritual space where visitors might be able to connect to those they have lost.
