Inspired by the use of masking tape, text and images in art galleries, Oriel Davies Gallery in Newtown, Powys commissioned Amgueddfa Llwch (Simon Proffitt) to create social distancing signage that appeared friendly but conveyed the message as they reopened following the first lockdown. The posters feature arrows and text constructed from masking tape and are bilingual, printed in English and Welsh. The commission was funded with help from the Arts Council of Wales, National Lottery Covid-19 Stabilisation Grant.
