“During the COVID-19 emergency, the Italian Education Ministry allocated funds for the replacement of old school desks. But what was to become of the outdated models?

This is how #skull was born, a comfortable and versatile storage cupboard. By stripping the desk to its bones, the compositional elements became pieces of a new puzzle: the wooden top is smoothed, cut and reassembled to compose the morphology and type of the furniture; the iron structure maintains its support function.”
