368 Quarantine Tracker (Hong Kong)

These bracelets were introduced in March 2020, to ensure that arrivals into Hong Kong were completeing the mandatory 14 day quarantine. The band is connected to an app, StayHomeSafe, which issues warnings if you break the quarantine. 

“It gets issued at the airport, and scanned. We also have to download an app that tracks us, then we get taken to Asia World Expo to get tested. We can’t leave until we get the test results, which can take up to 12 hours”.
