Keen to provide up-to-date information on the spread of COVID-19 in Nigeria, Nnenna Nkata got to work on a online dashboard map that automatically updates case levels in the region live. Speaking to Bedford Independent, the MSc postgrad in Geographical Information Management at Cranfield University explained that ‘Data is power, and my motivation is to create useful tools with technology that can serve humanity.’
