To avoid spreading airborne particles on hands, people have been asked to sneeze into their elbows. Raw Color have designed this 'Elbow Sock' which acts as a handkerchief for elbow. They are asking people to cut the toes off of a colourful sock and slide it over their arm. After it has been used, simply remove it and wash it at 60 degrees.
